The Andrew P. Stewart Center turns 100 this month! The Center has been serving children and families since March 1917. Over the course of the past 100 years, the Andrew P. Stewart Center has molded and changed, adapting to the physical, social, and economic conditions that surround it in order to best meet the needs of Atlanta children. Today, the Center embarks upon a new adventure, in a new neighborhood, with new partners, and new families. Despite all of the newness and unknowns that come with change, the Center carries with it a long legacy and a rich history that continue to inform its future. And outside the walls of the Center, thousands of adults live their lives, impacted by the lessons they learned and the love they experienced as children at the Stewart Center.
